I’d like to first take a moment to thank you for checking out Company 421, I’m so happy you are here. My name is Hillary, owner of Company 421 and Hillary Rae Events. Company 421 has been in the works since going out to California to study event planning at San Diego State University back in 2016. After coming back I knew that I wanted to spend a few years getting a better understanding of the event world, so I launched Hillary Rae Events.

With trends drifting for our current and new clients. I’ve noticed that many people are shifting and hosting smaller intimate weddings and events. What better time than now to launch Company 421, it’s the perfect space to host gatherings under 100! COVID hurt our planning business a bit with most of our 2020 weddings and events postponing to 2021 or not even happening at all. I found this to be gods way of saying, Hillary let’s do this! It’s time to make your dream of owning your own venue a reality.

Why open Company 421? Well the answer is easy; I’ve had a strong passion for the event world since launching my planning business back in 2017. Building vendor and client relationships ensuring that each and every event was even better than the last. Not going to lie, I still get nervous before every single event that I put on! This is just a sign that I truly care that each event is going to run smoothly. Over the last three years I’ve struggled to find that perfect venue in the area that would host an intimate gathering that didn’t feel overwhelming  and my client would feel “at home”.  Company 421 strives for that and so much more.
