Tay is a certified trauma informed yoga facilitator with a focus of creating safe and supportive spaces for all students. Tay will guide you in connecting back to your body & breath using embodiment practices as a tool for healing. Together we will cultivate stronger mindfulness, self-awareness, self-regulation skills, balance, and self-acceptance.
